Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above €250 within Belgium and the EU.

Standard Delivery Times: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days within Belgium and neighboring countries.

Express Delivery: Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times for countries outside the EU will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending a clear statement (e.g. by email or through our contact form) before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Returns & Exchanges

Voluntary 7-Day Returns: In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we also offer a voluntary 7-day return policy for greater flexibility. This means you may return your order within 7 days for any reason, even if you do not invoke your legal right of withdrawal.

Condition of Goods: Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
