2. Applicability

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and contracts concluded via our webshop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

3. Products and Offers

 

  • All products and prices shown on the webshop are subject to availability.

  • Prices are expressed in euros (€), including VAT and excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions before accepting an order.

 

 

4. Ordering and Payment

 

  • An order is final once payment has been received and confirmed by us.

  • We accept the following payment methods: [list payment options].

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

 

 

5. Delivery

 

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer.

  • Free shipping applies to all orders above €250 within Belgium and the EU.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days within Belgium, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Express delivery is available at an additional cost and usually takes 1–2 business days.

  • Any delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to compensation, unless required by law.

 

 

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

 

  • In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email or through the withdrawal form provided.

  • The goods must be returned within 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

  • Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods, using the same payment method.

  • Exclusions: Customized goods, perishable goods, and unsealed items not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

 

 

7. Voluntary Return Policy

 

  • In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 7-day voluntary return option, allowing customers to return products more easily. Conditions are the same as under the statutory right.

 

 

8. Warranty

 

  • All products are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years in accordance with Belgian law.

  • Defects caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are excluded from warranty.

 

 

9. Liability

 

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product concerned.

 

 

10. Complaints

 

  • Complaints must be reported in writing within a reasonable time.

  • Consumers may also contact the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

 

11. Governing Law

 

  • All agreements and disputes are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Antwerp.
