You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order.
How to Return
All returned items must be in the same condition as when delivered:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Original tags attached
• Packed in the original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our showroom and passes quality inspection, we will initiate your refund. This process usually takes up to 5 business days.
• E-gift card refunds: Sent via email immediately after the return is approved.
